Applied psychology and psychometrics in financial services [in Hebrew]

Applied psychology uses psychological principles and methods for solving practical problems of human behaviors. It mainly focuses on behavioral issues in the organizational, occupational, clinical and educational fields, and deals less with the consumer field. The current article describes the use of psychometrics to understand consumer behaviors in financial services.
