A review: The book Psychological and Educational Testing for Standards (or Standards for short, as they are known to those involved in assessment and measurement) is being updated. The Standards book was written and edited jointly by the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Council for Measurement in Education (NCME).
